The Antalya-based (Turkey) indie games developer Demonsoft are today very proud and pleased to announce that their psychological horror thriller, “Eternity’s Echo: Patient Zero“, is coming to PC via Steam and EGS in early 2026.

Undertake a paranormal investigation as Rayne Williams as you deal with enemies that change their tactics, use your UV light and Tech-Blade to gain the upper hand and uncover a mysterious narrative with some unexpected turns.

Enemies in Eternity’s Echo are only visible under UV light, making this a vital tool in your arsenal. The light only has a limited amount of power, making its use a tense risk/reward calculation where you must make careful strategic decisions. You’ll also have the Tech-Blade at hand. With UV, Sonic and EMP modes, it has a versatile use in combat and puzzle solving, allowing you to take out hidden enemies, create distractions, or hack security systems.

Eternity’s Echo works hard to immerse players in its world, using an entirely diegetic interface, to present you with a deep psychological story that blurs the line between perception, technology and reality. While exploring the dark secrets of the secret government agency D.I.B. and the unknowns in the main character’s past, you will constantly be wondering what is real.

“From X-Files, to Control, to System Shock, and even F.E.A.R. with its innovations in enemy AI, we’ve taken inspirations from a lot of places with Eternity’s Echo,” said Game Director Doğukan Günaydın. “We’re really excited for people to take control of Rayne Williams next year and experience a game that mixes action, horror, investigation and a compelling mystery that they will want to unfold.”
