Press release:
London (December 12, 2024).
The London-based (the UK) indie games publísher Kepler Interactive,  Taiwan-based indie games studio Psychoflow Studio, and Finland-based solo indie games developer Mureena (Juhana Myllys), today announced with great joy and thrill that their sci-fi platforming adventure “Bionic Bay“, is coming to PC (via Steam) and the PS5 (via PSN) on March 13th, 2025  (as announced at the Day of the Devs 2024: The Game Awards Edition).

Made up entirely of highly detailed pixel art, Bionic Bay combines innovative mechanics and realistic physics to create a compelling and unique single player experience and will also come with a highly competitive online mode giving players even more reasons to explore this beautifully bizarre biomechanical world.

Bionic Bay Online will offer a thrilling variety of events where players can push their skills to the limit with classic speedruns and other creative challenges. Regularly updated events will provide a constant stream of challenges to keep players coming back for a shot at the top of the leaderboards. Each challenge demands precision and skill, as players navigate unusual hazards, master fluid movement, shifting gravity, and wield the imaginative swap mechanic within a realistic physics system. Staying competitive will require finesse whether up against friends or people around the world.

Bionic Bay will launch on 13th March for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. Fans can follow the official Bionic Bay X channel for more information and can get an even more behind-the-scenes look at the development on Juhana Myllys X account.
