Game Duchy are today very thrilled and proud to announce the “Great Sand Sea” event for their sexy mecha battler “Iron Saga“.

Closing out the myriad of events that have launched this month in Iron Saga, the Great Sand Sea Event follows the Dagaioh collaboration, spring pilot skins, the new battle pass season, and additional story chapters. Alongside the event will also be new limited-time skins and new retrofit mechs.

From now through May 28 players will be able to take part in the Great Sand Sea Event which will feature 3 original chapters that follows the story of Catalina, the captain of the Great Sand Sea Thieves, her crew, and the famous mercenary Becas.

Throughout the event, pilots will be able to earn Ancient Gold which they can exchange for rewards at the Great Sand Sea Merchant. The themed merchant will offer mech shards for Fenrir and Babel, Suzuran’s summer skin, as well as Ebabar’s Emblem, a rare item used to make Shamash’s Lawcreator retrofit recipe.

During the Great Sand Sea Event, ace pilots will wade into intense battle in the desert in order to achieve the ultimate goal of earning the Jormungand mech.

Created by the Valhalla Union in ancient times, Jormungand is a battle mech that excels at combining flying with missile armaments to unleash simultaneous attacks in a wide area of effect. The Jormungand comes equipped with the Ocean Current Ray, Venom Missile Group, and SE Missile Group for devastating firepower.

Alongside the Great Sand Sea Event players will also be able to participate in the Children’s Day login event. From now through July 2 limited-time Children’s Day skins for Teresa, Heinrich, Archduchess Rhea, Liselotte, Matilda, Slokai, and Charlotte will be available for players to purchase.

Beginning May 1 – May 14, the Children’s Day login event will reward players for daily logins including stamina, potions, and a super voucher that players can earn a maximum of ten times per day.

The Great Sand Sea Event is available now for pilots through May 28. Battlers looking to amp up their favorite mechs can continue to do so with the ongoing Retrofit event which will be introducing new recipes for Infinite Order, Paimon Gale, and Shamash Lawcreator.
