NCsoft and Team Bloodlust are today very happy and excited to announce that their sexy MMORPG “Blade and Soul” has just kicked-off its fifth-anniversary festivities which includes everything from a real-life giveaway, tons of in-game festivities, and much more!

Blade & Soul is entering its fifth year of service in the west, and celebratory festivities both are now live. Blade & Soul, the free-to-play MMO blending martial arts and mythology, is marking the occasion of its fifth anniversary with several events in-game and in real life, including giving away a complete Alienware PC setup and Karnox Legend Gaming Chair.

The update adds in several special Fifth Anniversary in-game events for players, new, powerful equipment is being added to the game in the form of a new Heart tier, and new legendary PVP weapons, the winning player costumes designs from the 2020 cosmetic contest, and more.

The Fifth Anniversary In-game Events include:

Fifth Year Festival: Through Feb. 17, players will be able to earn Festival Coins through Login Rewards, completing Daily Quests and Daily and Weekly Challenges in-game. Festival Coins can be used in the Dragon Express to purchase a number of useful items, including the winning entries in Blade & Soul’s player-designed costume contest: the Game Over costume and the Late Date Illusion Weapon.

Zaiwei Raffle: Through Feb. 17, players will be able to use Festival Coins to purchase Zaiwei Raffle Gems for a chance to win powerful item boosts and other useful items. Each item will only have a certain number of winners per server chosen at random, so the more Raffle Gems players purchase, the higher the chance of winning.

Raider’s Fortune: Through Feb. 17, Blade & Soul will reward its players who love to raid with bonus treasure. Completing the dynamic quests within the Throne of Oblivion, Scarlet Conservatory, and Steelbreaker raids will provide players with extra rewards.

Prime Chance & Honing Season: Through Feb. 17, monsters in the auto-hunting zone of Primeweald will have a chance to drop Festival Coins that players can spend. Plus, players will now earn double the amount of Honing Oils when completing 3 and 5 daily challenges.

Beyond the in-game events, the Blade & Soul Battle Station Sweepstakes is now live. This prize package includes the following, all customized to be Blade & Soul themed:

For players to win, the merely have to register their NC account on the 5th Anniversary Festival website. By logging in each day between Jan. 13 and Jan. 27, players will increase their chances to win.
