Munich, Germany. 8th May, 2024. For immediate release.
The Munich-based (Germany) indie games developer Chimera Entertainment today announced that their story-rich strategy game “Songs of Silence, is now coming to PC via Steam EA on June 4th (2024) instead of May 23rd as originally stated.

“After the successful consclusion of our Kickstarter campaign for Songs of Silence last month, Chimera Entertainment has plenty to work on, with stretch goals to develop, physical rewards to design and manufacture and plenty of feedback from our demo and closed beta to implement! We’re actually extremely happy about this, but we are also going to have to push back a little from our previously announced Early Access release date of May 23rd.

Songs of Silence will now launch into Early Access on Steam on June 4th, 2024. We do not expect this to affect the date of the full release or the fulfilment of our Kickstarter rewards.” – Chimera Entertainment.

Whilst we recognise that any delay can be frustrating for fans, we’re confident that it will be worth it, with a better product hitting Steam from day one. We hope you’ll stick with us through the Early Access period as we fine tune Songs of Silence into the masterpiece we know it can be.

Whilst we’re working on that, we’re also wrapping up after our Kickstarter, and we can’t wait for these incredible pledge rewards to start landing in our backers’ homes!

Post Campaign Pledging

If you missed your chance at securing some of our delicious rewards during the campaign, or you have a friend who needs the art book in their life, fear not! We’ve added a post-campaign pledge manager with our partners BackerKit where you can extend an existing pledge or create an entirely new one.

Delivery Schedule
All physical rewards are on the same timescale as the development of version one of the game, with the goal to complete and deliver around late Summer, 2024. We’re still calculating delivery costs, but we’ll be back with more information on that very soon.
