Indie developer CableHook Games has revealed that its action-packed survival RTS Here Comes The Swarm will launch on PC via Steam Early Access on March 5, 2026. A brand-new trailer released today showcases the strategic depth, overwhelming enemy hordes, and divine powers players will wield in the fight to reclaim a fallen world.

Blending classic real-time strategy with survival pressure, and the tactical freedom of a pause system, Here Comes The Swarm challenges players to build, manage, and defend settlements while preparing to strike back against a planet-consuming hive mind. Plan your strategy at your own pace, lead dangerous expeditions beyond your walls, and take the battle directly to the source of the infestation.

The Early Access launch marks the first opportunity for players to step onto Ulora’s war-torn surface. The initial Early Access version includes a full tutorial, expeditions, skirmishes, a boss battle, and first encounters with the powerful Tiamman and Karkadann deities. Throughout Early Access, CableHook Games will work closely with the community, using player feedback to shape features, content updates, balancing, and the long-term direction of the game’s development.
