Brisbane, Queensland – September 22, 2026 | The Brisbane-based indie studio Sagestone Games has officially launched Delverium on PC via Steam Early Access!

Delverium is a co-operative survival sandbox fantasy adventure for 1-8 players, blending exploration, farming, crafting, settlement building, and dungeon crawling in a vast procedurally-generated world. Players gather resources, build shelters, tend crops, recruit NPCs, and venture into dangerous dungeons as they explore the land and push deeper into the unknown.

“We are so happy to be sharing the Early Access release of Delverium with players on September 22,” said primary developer Scott Lowther.

“It has been a long term passion project of my family and I, and it is heartwarming to see players excited for the release. We believe Delverium offers a lot for an Early Access title, and look forward to working with our community to add even more exciting content and features throughout Early Access and beyond.”

Launching into Early Access, Delverium is allowing players to shape the experience by providing feedback and enjoying it as it evolves alongside its community. The planned roadmap includes modding support, brand new bosses and biomes and more.

Whether you prefer to calmly fish on the riverside or dive headfirst into the lava-filled dungeons, players who jump in today already have plenty of content to enjoy solo or with friends.

Key features of Delverium:

Play your way: Settle into some cozy farming or brave dangerous dungeons to unearth rare treasures.

Craft and build: Unlock and craft an extensive range of tools, weapons, armor and building materials to shape your very own settlement.

Uncover the hidden truth: Discover lost fragments of lore and hunt down the ‘Faults’ to piece together the hidden truth of Delverium.

Wander together: Play solo or with friends, with support for up to four players via local split-screen or eight players online.

Procedurally generated worlds: No two playthroughs are the same, with newly generated worlds filled with exotic biomes, hidden caves, and deep dungeons.

Sagestone Games is primarily led by indie developer Scott Lowther, who created Delverium with support from BAFTA Award-winning composer and Audio Director Jeff van Dyck (Unpacking, Forts, Paint the Town Red) and a few close friends.

Delverium is now available on PC (via Steam) in Early Access with Verified Steam Deck support for USD $12.49, GBP £9.49, EUR €11,99, and AUD $16.99, with an additional 20% discount at launch.

Delverium is supported by the Queensland Government through Screen Queensland’s Games Grants and the Australian Government through Screen Australia’s Games Production Fund.
