The Seville-based (Spain) indie games developer QUICKFIRE GAMES are today very proud and happy to announce that their the tactical rpg “Prelude Dark Pain“, is now fully funded via Kickstarter.

“Prelude Dark Pain reached its funding goal on Kickstarter in just 12 hours. The indie grim Tactical RPG quickly gathered support from over 900 players, surpassing €50.000. Developer QUICKFIRE GAMES is seeking community support to bring the Early Access to PC via Steam in 2026, with consoles later.

Players can support the Kickstarter campaign now until June 5, 2025. Prelude Dark Pain invites tactic and strategy fans to join a group of heroes commanded by local blacksmith Soren, with more than 20 playable characters to build your squad. Japanese composer Kumi Tanioka (Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Minecraft) is scoring the soundtrack.” – QUICKFIRE GAMES.
