Today, ATLUS and Vanillaware shared a new trailer for their upcoming tactical RPG “Unicorn Overlord” that showcases multiple key gameplay elements, including field exploration, quests and town reconstruction and liberation. Additionally, digital pre-orders for Unicorn Overlord are now live.

In the trailer, the knight Josef instructs the game’s protagonist, Alain, on what is necessary to save the world from the domination of the Empire. Alain learns about the vast continent of Fevrith, the challenging quests he will encounter and how to liberate towns to their former glory.

Players who pre-order Unicorn Overlord will receive the ATLUS X Vanillaware Heraldy Pack, a DLC set that lets players customize the Liberation Army’s Flag with emblem designs from Odin Sphere, Dragon’s Crown, and 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim.

In addition to a Standard edition, a digital Monarch Edition of Unicorn Overlord is available for pre-order and includes the digital Unicorn Overlord game, a 132-page digital artbook and a digital 16-bit BGM Soundtrack with twenty tracks.

The physical Monarch Edition of Unicorn Overlord is available for pre-order and includes the physical
Unicorn Overlord game, a Premium Edition Box, 16-bit BGM Soundtrack CD (two discs with ten tracks on each), a 132-page artbook, an original card game featuring 239 cards, tokens and markers and the ATLUS X Vanillaware Heraldry Pack (Heraldry Pack only available in physical version).

ATLUS and Vanillaware also revealed today a new tutorial video on how to play the Unicorn Overlord
Card Game (only available in physical Monarch Edition). Check out the Tutorial video here.

Unicorn Overlord is rated T and will be available on March 8, 2024 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
