Press release:
The Austin-based (Texas, the US) indie games publisher Devolver Digital and Berlin-based (Germany) indie games developer Firepunchd Games UG, are today very excited and happy to announce that their tentacle-themed VR action/adventure “Tentacular”, is now available for PSVR 2 for the PS5 via PSN.

This playful physics-based adventure is bursting with inventive VR gameplay and heart-warming humour. Solve puzzles, build strange contraptions and spectacular structures, or just wreak havoc with your giant, wriggling tentacles.

And thanks to the power of the PS VR2 headset, Tentacular is even better than before!

Eye tracking lets you interact with characters simply by looking at them, adaptive triggers make objects feel heavy when you grab them, and headset vibration lets you feel everything from the thumping bass of a rooftop DJ to out-of-this-world powers coursing through your tentacles.

Tentacular is available now for PS VR2.

Don’t be a sucker and visit tentacular.com for more information.

Key features:
– Tactile Tentacles! Get a grip on things with fully physics-based tentacles complete with Octo-grade suckers.
– Titanic Tasks! Apply lateral thinking and giant limbs to 50+ puzzle and action levels, building huge structures and contraptions.
– Colossal Constructions! Cultivate your creative side in a constantly expanding construction sandbox.

About Devolver Digital:
Devolver Digital, Inc. is an American video game publisher based in Austin, Texas, specializing in the publishing of indie games. The company was founded in June 2009 by Nigel Lowrie, Harry Miller, Graeme Struthers, Rick Stults, and Mike Wilson, five executives who had been involved with Gathering of Developers and Gamecock Media Group, which published games on developer-friendly terms, but due to the high cost associated with releasing retail games saw themselves acquired and dissolved by larger companies. To avoid this, Devolver Digital instead turned to digital distribution channels.

About Firepunchd Games UG:
Game developer and dad. Ex digital agency founder and creative director. Available for freelance prototyping, game design and VR work.
