The UK-based indie games publisher Merge Games and the Denmark-based indie games developer Half Past Yellow, are today very excited and pleased to announce that they are going to release a brand-new trailer for their upcoming sandbox puzzle adventure game “Trading Time: A Croak Tale” via the Wholesome Snack Showcase on November 13th, 2021 (“Trading Time: A Croak Tale” is currently in development for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch).

Gamers tuning into Wholesome Games’ Wholesome Snack Showcase on Saturday, November 13th, will be the first to watch the brand new “Trading Time: A Croak Tale – Prologue” gameplay trailer revealing more of the games’ delightful sandbox world and humourous game mechanics. Wholesome Games is a YouTube channel dedicated to brightening your day with uplifting, thoughtful, compassionate and cozy videogames.

The new Trading Time: A Croak Tale – Prologue trailer will be available to view in Wholesome Games’ Wholesome Snack Showcase from 20:00 GMT / 21:00 CET / 15:00 EST / 12:00 PST on November 13th.

To coincide with the new trailer, Merge Games have also announced that the prologue for Trading Time: A Croak Tale is now available to download for free from Steam. The prologue is set on an exclusive, desolate island and challenges players to come to the aid of the inhabitants and break the curse that has ravaged the land leaving it barren and dying. A variety of puzzles and trials lie in wait and players will revel in Trading Time: A Croak Tale’s unique humour.

About Trading Time: A Croak Tale
In Trading Time: A Croak Tale, a sailor is shipwrecked on a strange island after a terrible storm and he awakes to find his boat in ruins. Clutching his precious potted plant, the sea dog goes about trying to fix his boat and find his way home. However, the peculiar frog-like locals don’t speak his language and they aren’t about to give up the items he needs without something in exchange! A spaghetti network of trades will take him all over this strange island as he seeks out materials to fix his boat.

Meet a cast of friendly characters, solve head-scratching puzzles, find hidden treasures, and much more as you explore this toadally awesome island sandbox adventure.
