Today Fatshark is excited to open the Pre-Order Beta for “Warhammer 40,000: Darktide” ahead of the full release on November 30th (2022).

Pre-Order and Join the Road to Full Release
Although life in the hive city of Tertium is grim, the sun shines on everyone who has pre-ordered Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.

Starting now, players can choose from 4 missions across 4 zones. More missions will be added throughout the Pre-Order Beta period, while the team will also run in-game events (conditions) to challenge players in new and exciting ways. This ramp-up allows for fine-tuning and scaling heading into a full release while offering players regularly. The in-game store will be closed until the launch of the full game.

The plan is to carry over a player’s progression – although unforeseen issues may force us to revisit these ambitions.

“Running this Pre-Order Beta is our way to actively address common issues games experience at launch and also a ‘Thank You’ to our most committed fans,” says Martin Wahlund, CEO of Fatshark.

“We know it’s been a long wait, but Darktide is finally just around the corner”.

During the next two weeks, Fatshark will update players via social channels, forums, and the in-game launcher.

The Atoman Star Weapon Trinket: A cosmetic weapon trinket awarded to those who answered in the hour of Atoma’s need.
Vanguard of the Imperium Portrait Frame: A cosmetic portrait frame reserved for those first to enter the fray and last to leave it.

Loyalist Pack: Purge heresy in style with these 4 unique class outfits, 8 weapon skin patterns, one headgear, and an Ogryn body tattoo.
Mortis Veteran Portrait Frame: A cosmetic portrait frame used to pay tribute to the fallen defenders of Tertium Hive.
Caducades Backpack: A cosmetic backpack for human characters. Scavenged from the fallen troops of Cadia, this backpack has been repurposed to serve those still alive and fighting.
2500 Aquilas (premium currency)

Devoted Rejects Pack
All owners of Vermintide or Vermintide 2 that purchase Darktide will receive the Devoted Rejects Pack for free on November 30. The pack consists of five unique facial customization cosmetics and tattoos that are inspired by the Vermintide heroes.
