When I wrote my review for the +18 lewd fantasy RTS/kingdom management RPG “Crystal Maidens”, I honestly didn’t think that I would get to play and review a lewd game that would be able to top “Crystal Maidens” anytime soon.

Well, I was wrong, because Super Hippo Games has out done themselves with their +18 lewd F2P action-adventure RPG “Sacred sword princesses” (SSP is a F2P title. However, you can buy stuff in the game with real money in-order to unlock content and improve your luck on the battlefield at a faster pace).

So please allow me to explain why that’s the case. Well, right off the bat, “Sacred sword princesses” has managed to top pretty much everything that made “Crystal Maidens” great (there are no kingdom management elements to be found in SSP though). Furthermore, the gameplay and battles are even more fun and addicting than they were in “Crystal Maidens”.

I also got this feeling that there is a lot more to do in SSP as well. Other than that, SSP’s visuals are absolutely stunningly beautiful. So much so that I caught myself several times just staring endlessly at the game’s artwork, animations and graphics. As a matter of fact. SSP is with no doubt the most beautiful F2P action-adventure RPG that I have ever played (that goes for both lewd and non lewd games of that kind), and since SSP is also fun as hell to play, it’s a really deadly combo in terms of addictiveness.

There is also another thing that I would like to point out that surprised me a whole lot, and that would-be SSP’s excellent dialogs and plot. I for one did not expect to experience such a well-written plot nor dialogs (the writers of SSP deserve a really nice pay raise). You see, the dialogs are funny, sexy and interesting at the same time, and the plot is so crazy that you just have to know what will happen next (just like an episode of “Gintama” or “Aho-Girl”, for example).

That’s also why I’m going to try my very best to explain the plot to you guys and girls without spoiling anything. So here we go, in “Sacred Sword Princesses” you play as an ordinary guy who just happens to wake up in a fantasy-like world called “Midgardia”, and in the world of Midgardia everyone is a hot female who wants to have sex with you. “Why is that?” So you might wonder.

Well, Midgardia is having a lot of problems with wild beasts and monsters who are controlled by a female called the mistress of Night, and the problem can only be solved with something called “the sacred sword”. Yes, you guessed it. The sacred sword just happens to be main character’s joystick (his the guy whom I mentioned earlier, the dude that just happens to be the only male in all of Midgardia). Yep, you read it right. So you actually fight evil by having a lot of sexy time moments with SSP’s many hot and willing ladies.

So how exactly does all of that work then? Well, I’m not going to explain the bees and flower part (that one you have to figure out on your own), but as for the part of fighting evil with sexy time moments. It’s quite simply really, because when you get down and dirty with the sexy female fighters of SSP you take part of an intimate ritual that unlocks their sacred powers. In other words, you are basically saving the world of Midgardia by inserting your “Sacred Sword” into as many female fighters as possible (epic plot is epic!).

That of course, invites you to experience tons of lewd scenes and dialogs, and most of them are topnotch to the bone (no lewd pun intended). That’s just the half of it though, because you also get the chance to build up your very own harem of sexy and beautiful ladies (think of it like the lewd version of Pokémon, a +18 Pokémon where you collect hot babes instead of Pokémon), and that part is almost like a mini-game of its own.

Especially since you can rank up, upgrade, equip and talk to all the women whom you have on your squad. So in a way, it’s almost like having a lot of hot Sims that you really care for. Anyways, I think you get the idea. So from my point of view, “Sacred Sword Princesses” is like a really mix of “DOTA 2″(the battle part), “Pokémon” (the babe collecting part), “The Sims” (the part when you manage and take care of your characters), “fault – milestone two side:above” (the visual novel part) and +18 lewd content.

So, all in all, SSP is with no doubt the best +18 lewd F2P action-adventure RPG that I have played up to now (that’s why I keep on coming back to the game over and over again). Simply put, if you’re into games like that, then you’re going to love SSP to bits with no doubt.

Pros:
+ The artwork, designs and graphics are very well made
+ There are plenty of sexy and willing babes for you to get down and dirty with (you can build your own harem!)
+ The lewd content is on point
+ You got a whole legion of hot babes that will fight and die for you
+ Topnotch voice acting (all the voice overs are done in 100% Japanese)
+ The plot and dialogs are very well-written
+ Most of SSP’s battles are both fun and addicting
+ Every single NPC and playable character in the game have its own unique special skills and attacks
+ You are free to pick and upgrade your own squad as you please (it’s limited to how much resources you have though)
+ There’s a whole load of different weapons, items, spells, armors and whatnot for you to use and play with
+ I really love the fact that you can switch between every character’s 3D and CG profile avatar
+ 100% free-to-play!
+ You can play SSP on you PC and smartphone thanks to the game’s multiplatform support
+ You get daily in-game rewards

Cons:
– There are a few battle bugs to be found in the game (the game could freeze after that you’ve won a battle)
– At times the stages and battles felt somewhat repetitive
– I’ve experienced some server connection errors from time to time
– The controls can cause you issues when you switch between “autoplay”, “joystick” and “assisted attack”
– You can play through the game without having to pay a penny, but it’s going to take a much longer time to do so

“Sacred sword princesses” is with no doubt the best +18 lewd F2P action-adventure RPG that I have played so far. I mean, the game really got it all! And that includes everything from awesome visuals, addicting gameplay, topnotch lewd content, talented voice actors, fun and interesting dialogs (not to mention the game’s crazy plot), to all the stuff that you can do in the world of SSP. Yes, Super Hippo games have actually managed to top “Crystal Maidens” with SSP.
