Square Enix are today very happy and pleased to announce that the popular game collection “FINAL FANTASY Pixel Remaster” can now be pre-ordered as a physical boxed product with the additional title Anniversary Edition for PlayStation 4 (compatible with PlayStation 5) and Nintendo Switch.

This new edition contains FINAL FANTASY I to FINAL FANTASY VI and includes an exclusive sticker sheet with pixel characters. The first retail version of this collection was released exclusively in the Square Enix Store and sold out in record time.

The FINAL FANTASY Pixel Remaster Anniversary Edition offers unique features to the PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions, including the option to choose between the game’s rearranged and original soundtracks. There is also an in-game font selection that allows you to choose between the standard font and a pixel-based variant. Additional boost features are also available, such as disabling random encounters and customizing an experience multiplier (0 to 4).

The FINAL FANTASY Pixel Remaster Anniversary Edition can now be pre-ordered from specialist retailers at a recommended retail price of €74.99 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch and will then be available from October 8, 2024.
