Funny enough. I was just wondering when ModDB´s top 100 mods of 2016 list would drop. Because as you might remember, I wrote about the 2016 Mod of the Year Awards last week. Any ways, this is what ModDB told me just now:
“December 11th, 2016 – The community has spoken and our top 100 has been determined. In the last 10 days we have collected a stunning 54,933 votes for the mods our readers believe deserve the prestigious title of 2016 Mod of the Year.
Popular picks among the Top 100 this year include popular Skyrim total conversion Enderal, the blood-filled Brutal Doom, Counter-Strike: Classic Offensive, STALKER: Call of Chernobyl among many other great mods.
Now is the time for players to help us decide the top 10 of 2016, which they can do by submitting their votes at the top 100 page. Only 10 days remain before the winners shall be locked in and announced shortly after. For more information about the event and a live scoreboard head to the awards homepage.
Every vote counts, the clock is ticking!” – ModDB
Yes, you guessed it. You got 100 PC game mods to pick from. So there should be something for everyone really. However, don´t wait too long to cast your vote. As the top 10 list will be nailed down in less than nine days henceforth (I think I know which mod I should vote for).
And with that said, which mod (s) will you vote for? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
