In case you boys and girls haven’t heard it yet, the big “Splatoon 2” European Championship 2018-2019 final is going to be held in Paris. Yes, that’s right, and here’s what Nintendo Sweden (Bergsala AB) told us:
“After the incredibly exciting final in the British Splatoon 2 championship, Hisashi Nogami, the Splatoon 2 producer, announced that the big and powerful final of the Splatoon 2 European Championship 2018 – 2019 will be held in Paris on 9-10 March 2019. He revealed Also, there will be new weapons and abilities for Splatoon 2 on December 5th.
It was at MCM Comic Con in Birmingham, as the British team Mako became one of the teams to move on to the European final. This after battling team 4D with 3-1. Team Mako now becomes one of the twelve teams to go to Paris in March and make up! Now we are looking forward to obtaining a really strong team from the Nordic countries, while Italy and Russia also draw up a team of European championships!

Belgium: Overtime (Winner of Gameforce)
Austria: Team? (Winner of Game City)
Portugal: Hexagone (Winner of Lisbon Games Week)
In addition to the competition, we can also look forward to new weapons and abilities in Splatoon 2 very soon. On December 5, Splatoon 2 receives 4.3.0 update that includes:
The powers of Bomb Defence Up and Cold-Blooded combine to become the new Bomb Defence Up DX capability with the full effects of both of the previous abilities in one.
Main Power Up is a brand new ability that improves the performance of the main weapon in various ways, such as to increase damage, spread ink across larger areas, and more.
New Weapon – Ballpoint Splatling Nouveau, Nautilus 79, Custom Explosher and Bloblobber Deco, as well as four new weapon sets from Toni Kensa Collection.
