SEGA® of America officially announced that SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance will release on Nintendo Switch 2 on September 24, 2026. The Nintendo Switch 2 version will also be available as a free downloadable upgrade for those who originally purchased the title on Nintendo Switch. The upgrade boosts the game’s resolution, rendering Lizardcube’s acclaimed hand-drawn art style in even more gorgeous detail.
SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance on Nintendo Switch 2 will retail starting at €29.99 with a digital Deluxe Edition and a physical release of the Deluxe Edition with exclusive bonuses. The Deluxe Editions include the SEGA Villains Stage DLC, which features an iconic lineup of classic SEGA boss fights against Dr. Eggman (Sonic the Hedgehog), Goro Majima (Like a Dragon) and Death Adder (Golden Axe).
SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance is also available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Nintendo Switch. For more details, please visit the official game website.
