It’s been more than a year since the last time I (Robin Ek, TGG) wrote about Nuberu Games 3D top-down roguelike shooter “Metal Tales: Fury of the Guitar Gods” (don’t miss out on my alpha demo gameplay video for “Metal Tales”!). Well, I enjoyed the alpha a whole lot at the time. So I’m really glad to hear that the “Metal Tales” 1.04 update is now available for download via Steam (especially since I was given a review key for the game not so long ago):
“Dear Robin,
Metal Tales (www.metaltales.com), the first heavy metal themed 3D roguelike shooter ever created on Steam, is being updated today. Nuberu Games, the studio behind its success, is including a whole new graphic style in level 1 and will also fix most of the bugs detected within the game. The title will have a -50% discount. Capturing the spirit of old classic dungeon crawlers and combining it with a terrific atmosphere, Metal Tales is the game made for brothers and sisters of heavy metal.” – PR-person for Metal Tales
Furthermore, you can now pick up “Metal Tales” at a 50% discount via Steam. In other words, the game is all yours for 7,49 Euros. So if you love Metal music and top-down shooter games. Then “Metal Tales” is the game for you with no doubt. So what are you waiting for people? It’s time to kick-out them Metal jams like a Metal god \m/
