The Warsaw-based (Poland) indie games publisher Retrovibe and indie games developer Buckshot Software, today announced with great joy and excitement that they have just kicked-off the open playtest for their adrenaline-pumping retro-like FPS “Project Warlock II: Reworked Chapter 1“(the said playtest is available right now for PC via Steam).

The Open Playtest for “Project Warlock II: Reworked Chapter 1”, invites players to experience the revamped Palmer’s adventure. Reworked Chapter 1 is filled with new upgrades, weapons, skills, and more.

Starting today and running until next Monday, every player with Steam account can try Reworked Chapter 1 by downloading it from the Project Warlock II Steam Page.

Project Warlock II: Chapter 1 follows the story of Palmer, Warlock’s disciple, as he battles against a ruthless demonic army using guns and magic. The reworked chapter reflects changes based on player feedback and pays homage to the original game, setting the stage for Chapters 2 and 3.

Key features of the Reworked Chapter 1 include:

Fully revamped upgrades, perks, and skills system
Brand new weapons with innovative alt-fire methods
Adjusted magical skills and elemental runes for weapon enchantment
