As you might already know, PlatinumGames action/RPG “Nier: Automata” is now available for the PS4 (our Automata PS4 giveaway became a big success!) in Japan (the PS4 version will be released in North America on the 7th of March, and in Europe on the 10th March). That is some really great news with no doubt. However, as you might remember. I was quite concerned that Automata “might” end up being censored in the West. Well, I sure hope that’s not the case. Because earlier today I spotted a tweet by PlatyCiony that truly proved once and for all that Nier: Automata is a very lewd game indeed (as seen in the picture down below).
So it’s going to be really interesting to see how much out cry Nier: Automata’s lewd content will cause in the West (I bet that a certain pop culture “critic” will make at least ONE video about the matter). Nevertheless, it’s quite obvious that Taro Yoko couldn’t care less about those who get offended by female booty in games. You see, Yoko truly loves real as fictional women with his whole heart. In other words, Yoko will create female characters like 2B no matter what anyone else thinks or says (props and respect to Yoko for doing so).
Even so, it still remains to be seen how good “Nier: Automata” really is. However, based on what I’ve seen, read and heard from those who have played the demo. “Automata” is said to be nothing less than a GOTY experience (Shirrako´s Nier Automata gameplay walkthrough looks really good as well). So I truly hope that’s the case, and that “Automata” will sell really well. Because then we “might” get to see a new game, and even more lewd friendly Japanese titles in the West. Well, time will tell.
And with that said, what do you think about this matter? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!

I’m a huge fan of Taro Yoko, and we follow each other on Twitter.
