The Germany/US-based indie games publisher Aerosoft and Munich-based (Germany) indie games developer Thera Bytes games, are today very happy and excited to announce that their zombie-themed sandbox lab builder “Zombie Cure Lab” (from the AAA sim vets at Aerosoft) is coming to PC via Steam Early Access in 2022.

Cure, don’t kill, the undead hordes in this ironically vibrant base manager inspired by genre giants like Prison Architect, Timberborn, and Two Point Hospital. Mindless walkers roam the earth and only a handful of human survivors stand ready in defiance. Help these brave scientists find the cure by putting them to work!

Gather resources like food, wood, and stone to establish a base and research new technologies like freeze rays. Capture zombies at night and attempt to cure them. Success means turning back the doom clock for humanity! Keep your newly treated Humbies (half-human, half-zombie) happy with comfortable quarters and a well-stocked kitchen, to prevent them from succumbing to their flesh-eating instincts…

BUILD – Prepare for nighttime with a fortified base tough enough to stand against the zombie army. Outfit the base with cutting-edge research labs and comfy quarters.

MANAGE – Send the Humbies (human-zombie hybrids) out to scavenge for wood, food, minerals, and more. Go above and beyond the lab’s basic needs to keep the Humbies happy!

RESEARCH – Upgrade discovered technologies to complete tech trees and unlock advanced zombie-curing abilities.

EXPAND – Capture zombies and use your research to heal and employ them. Expand a meager band of courageous scientists into a massive, clockwork zombie-curing operation.

Zombie Cure Lab will debut in 2022 via Steam Early Access for PC with language support for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, and Russian. Development of Zombie Cure Lab is financially supported by FFF Bayern and the budgetary funds of the Free State of Bavaria.
