Most of the time i never watch tv. And it´s been like that for years. As there’s very few tv-shows that i actually enjoy nowadays.

But thanks to the actor Robert Buckley (who follows us on Twitter btw) i found out about the comedy/drama series “iZombie” (which is based on Chris Roberson and Michael Allred´s comics series with the same name).

And yes, you guessed it.”iZombie” features zombies. In fact, the female lead (Liv Moore, which is played by Rose McIver) of the tv-show, just happens to be a zombie.

But no, “iZombie” is not yet another zombie apocalyptic tv-series. As the plot of the series is anything but “zombie apocalyptic“. To be exact, the medical student Liv More (the main character of the show) got turned into a zombie after some unpleasant events at a party.

She really likes brains more than anything else.

And that made Liv hungry for both brains and crime solving (for some odd reason). So she left her promising career as a medical student, and started to help the police instead (the Seattle PD morgue).

By being a “psychic consultant” of sorts. And Detective Clive Babinaux (played by Malcolm Goodwin) is Liv´s partner in crime pretty much. I have watched episode 1-3 of “iZombie” (which would be the only released episodes to this day), and i really like the show so far.

So i´m going to continue to watch the rest of the episodes as well (there will be 12 episodes in total for this year). Episode 4 “”Liv and Let Clive” will air via The CW on April 7th.

So don´t miss out on that folks! And oh! Robert Buckley is a part of the “iZombie” crew btw. He plays Major Lilywhite =)
