You can buy Now Computing´s Minecraft Gameband for 99 Euro at the moment.

Press release:
Copenhagen – August 27, 2015 – Now Computing is ready to support Finnish Minecraft players with Gameband, the first consumer electronics device dedicated to Mojang’s phenomenally successful game.

Gameband is constructed for players to easily access their game data and settings as well as their Minecraft creations wherever they go. With some interesting surprises built into the elegant wearable device and the customizable LED display.

Now Computing created Gameband for players who wanted an easy way to take their Minecraft Worlds and settings with them, on a sleek and durable Minecraft branded wearable.

10 reasons American Minecraft gamers think Gameband is awesome:
– Compatible with Mac, Windows or Linux.
–  Lets you play Minecraft directly from the Gameband.
– Programable LED display that can act as a watch and a calendar.
– Create messages, images and animations via PixelFurnace and load them onto your Gameband.
–  Access your game and your Minecraft worlds.
– Mod compatible.
– Back up all your creations in the Cloud.
– Gameband is splash proof to IPX-4 standards.
– No installs needed when you or your kids want to play Minecraft on a new computer.
– The USB3.0 MLC memory chip is incredibly fast and provides 10 times the lifecycle of normal thumb drives.

“The whole idea of Gameband came from players: based on early-stage products we tested, we had users asking us for a solution to easily carry their gaming experience with them” said Feargal Mac Conuladh, CEO of Now Computing. “People move around a lot, and Minecraft players invest a lot of time in what they do. Gameband + Minecraft effortlessly lets them plug in and access their entire Minecraft experience wherever they go”.

“We have spent years cultivating a range of products that offer players new ways to interact with Minecraft, and Gameband fits perfectly!” said Vu Bui, COO of Mojang. “It’s a unique product. The redstone-inspired design looks awesome so it’s a fun way to be able to wear a little Minecraft love on your wrist, but it actually offers really cool functionality; you can carry your worlds around from computer to computer and keep them backed up online, and you can dabble in simple pixel animation on the LED display. I’m really proud of having worked on it!”
