“Dragon Ball Super” is killing ratings in Japan, and it’s getting even better, and aside from the recently announced “Dragon Ball: Fusions“. We know many characters spanning the Dragon Ball Z universe will be returning, most notably Arale from Dragon Ball. On May 15th, Mami Koyama who voiced Arale in the original series will be reprising her role.
Arale was the main character of Akira Toriyama’s earlier manga “Dr. Slump”. She also previously appeared in a sequence of episodes within Dragon Ball, several video games of the same series as well as “Dragon Ball Z”, and the anime. Knowing that Arale will be coming back into the series is a very pleasant surprise. It could mean we’ll see some time travel for Kid Goku to return to the series, after all we’ve already seen other Super Saiyans. For now, we’ll look forward to Arale’s arrival on May 15th, share your thoughts in the comments on who’s your favorite character from “Dragon Ball”.
