In the world of video games, girls and females are quite often found as the main characters. This is a very good thing, given the fact that most of the gaming audience is men, so using a well-developed, charismatic, and attractive character is a win-win.
In fact, attractive girls in video games have been and will always be popular. So, it is impossible to compile a definite top, especially since everyone has different tastes. So, this material does not claim to be a general opinion. It includes characters that, for some reason, were remembered more fondly than others. If your favorites aren’t here, well, we are sorry.
5. Jill Valentine – The Resident Evil series
Jill Valentine is one of the main characters in many games of the popular zombie series, created by Capcom. She first appeared in 1996, in the original game Resident Evil. She also featured in films of the franchise. In the story, she is a member of the special S.T.A.R.S. squad. In subsequent games, she becomes an operative of the BSAA paramilitary group at the UN. In the later parts of the game, to create her, they have already begun to use a real female model, and this is not the only girl in the series to be done this way, but she was the first.
4. Samus Aran – The Metroid series
The highly successful Metroid game series was created by Nintendo in 1986. Its main character is Samus Aran. The action takes place in a fantasy world. Metroids are large jelly-like creatures with four cell nuclei. They can suck the vital energy from living organisms. Space pirates are trying to use them for their own purposes. Samus Aran is a hired hunter who wages war with them. She is always dressed in a battle suit that can be improved and it makes her really sexy.
3. Triss Merigold – The Witcher series
Triss Merigold is the heroine of literary works about the Witcher by Andrzej Sapkowski and the series of the same name. Most recently, the third game came out. Triss appears in all three.
In the story, she is a member of the royal council of Foltest, King of Temeria, and one of the founders of the Lodge of Sorceresses. By mistake, she was considered dead for some time. In fact, she survived but was injured. The main character, Geralt, is periodically being in a romantic relationship with her. Despite the fact that she was injured and, as a consequence, had a scar on her chest, she still wears a low neck in games. That’s the way to do it!
2. Sarah Kerrigan – The StarCraft series
The next heroine needs no introduction. Sarah Kerrigan is one of the main characters in the StarCraft universe and is rightfully considered to be one of the most developed female characters in the gaming industry. Sarah Louise Kerrigan was born in 2473, on the planet TarCossia of the Terran Confederation.
Since childhood, she has serious psionic abilities. As a result, she was recruited by agents of the confederation, and she became part of the secret program called Ghost.
In the beginning, she is an officer of the Terrans (a human race in the StarCraft fictional universe). As a result of the betrayal, she is captured by the Zerg and turned into a cross between a Terran and a Zerg – the Queen of Blades. In the finals of the game StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, she returns her human form, and in StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm, Kerrigan plays a central role.
1. Carla Valenti – Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy)
Carla Valenti is one of the three main characters in Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy). The game is made in the genre of interactive cinema – a favorite genre of the studio called Quantic Dream, with an excellent detective script, non-linear plot, and different endings.
In New York, a mysterious murder has been committed which police detective Carla Valenti has to investigate along with her partner Tyler Miles. Carla is a very successful detective but does not have a personal life and devotes her time to work.
She is quite intriguing and complex, and that’s why she is our favorite female character in PC games.
