As most of you probably are aware by now (unless your living under a rock), Halloween 2019 is just around the corner (time sure flys you by when you’re having fun).
So naturally, that means that there will be a rise of horror-related movies, games and whatnot all around the world (for the most part).
Well, since I just happen to like horror, “Splatterhouse” and “Doom” I just thought that it could be a good idea for me to share something really rad that I stumbled upon last night.
Long story short. I was looking around for some cool horror-themed games to try out during this year’s Halloween. Well, I found what I was looking for in the shape of Mike MacDee’s “Splatterhouse 3D” “Doom” mod.
Yes, you read that right! “Splatterhouse 3D” is a “Doom” mod that allows its players to experience the lore of “Splatterhouse” in a first-person view, and I’ll have you know that it’s just as awesome as it sounds.
That’s also why I find it to be rather strange that I haven’t heard about “Splatterhouse 3D” until now. Oh well, better late than never. Anyways, all you need to get going with this mod is “Splatterhouse 3D”, the original “Doom” and GZdoom, then you’re good to go!
And with that said, what’s your take on “Splatterhouse 3D”? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
