I got some really good news to share with all you “Super Smash Bros. Ultimate” fans out there. You see, Nintendo Sweden (Bergsala AB) just informed us that Europe’s best “Super Smash Bros. Ultimate” players are to fight against each other in the 2019 edition of the European Smash Ball Team Cup tournament:

“Europe’s best player in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Make Up!

Time to fight and smash your way to victory !!! Nintendo is currently looking for the very best European teams in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The tournament goes by the name of European Smash Ball Team Cup and ends with a big final where the continent’s winners will be crowned.

All Nintendo Switch players who are interested in racing can form a team of three players to participate in their area’s qualifiers. Qualities will be held in these countries:

· Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden (one region)

· UK and Ireland (one region)

· France

· Germany

· Spain

· Portugal

· Italy

· Russia

· The Netherlands

· Belgium

· Austria

· Switzerland

The matches will be of the best of three and best of five. No items will be used except the mighty Smash Ball, which can turn a match if used correctly. Match types that will be used are 2v2 Smash, Smashdown and 3v3 Squad Strike.

The winning teams from the twelve territories will meet in a final later in the spring and a winning team will be crowned. More info about this will come later.
