Ah, Polygon. So we meet again. Oh look, yet another corruption scandal . Seriously though. It´s starting to get rather hard to keep up with all their dirty business.
And yet, there´s still those who claim there´s no corruption in the video game industry whatsoever. Even though it´s been proven to be true over and over again.
Today was yet such a day. As a video game journalist (Michael McWhertor, Polygon) stole a domain for LEGO and Warner Bros “Lego Dimensions” (the site is now owned and run by DC Comics and the LEGO group).
Not only that, but the journalist in question also bragged about this on Twitter as well.
And everything points at the fact that the game journalist likely knew about the domain name in advance (probably via insider information. Either that, or it was a case of broken trust).
Honestly, this has to be like, an all time low when it comes to video game journalism and journalists. Then again, it´s Polygon that we´re talking about here…
