Enrage now makes Ursa red all over in addition to a red mist surrounding him. If that doesn’t scream GET AWAY FROM URSA NOW, I don’t know what will. It also makes Ursa slightly bigger, though not as much as BKB or bloodlust would independently. Combine all 3, and you have an insanely enlarged bear. Ancient to scale, roshan arms for size comparisons. Overall, it’s a pretty cool change albeit lacking in subtlety. Well, just one more effect that looks like BKB, eh?
Limited number of pets in a single game to 3. If more than 3 are equipped by players in the game, the highest level pets will survive. Pet levels are determined by your compendium level for Almond, and embedded gem stats for Aurora:
Now this is pretty ridiculous. How are you supposed to count two different scales against each other? Either way, this is a horrible way to save polygons! Just put in an option to include a maximum (X) amount of pets or mute them totally. Imagine buying a pet with real money and then having it never appear because other people have a higher “pet level” than yours.
It’s ridiculous! Your own cosmetics should never have a chance not to appear, especially after having spent money on them. Either way, this means that Valve looks at pets as the next way to go forward in terms of earning revenue. The introduction of Aurora was a trial, with it being an Arcana there were only going to be so many buyers. This next step is a horrible one however, as even enemy pets are counted. For now however: WHO WILL SURVIVE? ROUND 1, FIGHT!
