I (Robin Ek, TGG) think it’s safe to say that “Splatoon 2” is most likely going to become a killer app for the Nintendo Switch, because the game is already much wanted by “Splatoon” fans all over the world. That’s also why I’m very happy to inform you all that the “Splatoon 2” global testfire demo is kicking off on the 24th of March:

“Do you have a Nintendo Switch then you should not miss this weekend’s clashes in Splatoon 2 Global Test Fire Demo. A perfect demo to play while you long for the upcoming game Splatoon 2. Perfect also if you never played a Splatoon games before, but are curious about it.

Jump in four matches against four online in the so-called Turf Wars. There will be two courses available, The Reef and Mussleforge Fitness. You also get to test new weapons Splat Dualies and remixed versions of classic weapons Splat Splat Roles and Charger. Splatoon 2 Global Test Fire, download via the Nintendo eShop now for your Nintendo Switch.

Friday, March 24
– At 20:00 to 20:59

Saturday, March 25
– At 4:00 to 4:59
– At 12:00 to 12:59
– At 20:00 to 20:59

Sunday, March 26 (Note that daylight enters)
– At 5:00 to 5:59
– At 13:00 to 13:59
