Yes! IndieDB has finally dropped their 2016 Indie of the Year top 10 list, and I (Robin Ek, TGG) can´t say that I´m all that surprised to see which titles ended up on IndieDB´s top 10 list. Nevertheless, I´m very pleased with this year´s edition of 2016 Indie of the Year awards.

Presenting the 2016 Indie of the Year
December 29th, 2016 – Once again another fun and exciting Indie of the Year campaign has come to an end. After a stunning 94,489 votes the players have spoken and crowned the 2016 Indie of the Year.
This year we saw 1st place get taken out by the very popular RimWorld, followed by SUPERHOT and Stardew Valley coming in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Without much further adieu, presenting the top 10:

That´s just the half of it though, because IndieDB also presented their “Players Choice Best Upcoming Indie 2016” and “Players Choice Indie of the Year 2016” list.
