December 11, 2014 – After a hotly contested 10 days of nominations, the Players’ Choice Top 100 Independent Games of 2014 have been unveiled on Indie DB. In the end 55,754 people picked their favorite indie games with a diverse range of titles making the cut.
Included among this year’s top 100 are current indie gems Robocraft, Five Nights at Freddy’s, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Insurgency, Gang Beasts and plenty more.
Now it is time for players to help us decide the top 10 released and upcoming indies of 2014, which they can do by submitting their votes at the top 100 page.
Every vote counts and the clock is ticking… only 10 days remain before the winners shall be locked in and shortly thereafter announced. For information about the 2014 Indie of the Year awards and a live scoreboard head to the awards homepage.

Not only is it that time of the year when Christmas is just around the corner. It´s also that time of the year when IndieDB kicks-off their “Indie of the year” event.
And just like always, there´s quite a few games that you can vote on.
And this year sure ain´t no exception. Because there´s 10,000 games that you can vote for in this years edition of “Indie of the year awards”.
And the the top 100 list will be presented on the 11th of December (the winner won´t be presented until the 29th of December though).
So, which games will you vote for people?

December 1, 2014 – The 5th Annual Indie of the Year Awards kicked off today on Indie DB, a celebration of the years finest picked by the community. For the next 4 weeks players votes will determine the top 100 which will be announced on 11th December and winner on 29th December.
After amassing 97,000 votes in 2013, who will join Starbound last years winner, which now sits alongside Minecraft the inaugural 2010 victor and many others in the Hall of Fame. Until January 1st join us in celebrating all that is great about indie games by participating and voting to decide the top 100, and the overall ultimate winner.
