If you thought that you seen the last of the Irrational Games crew. Then you better think again.

Because some members of the old team has united under a new flag (and name). And that would be “The Molasses Flood” studios. And they are very hard at work with their very first title “The Flame in the Flood” (for PC and MAC).

 Which are described as a “rogue-lite river journey” adventure game. And i can´t say that i´ve seen that many games of that kind before.

Let´s just say that The Flame in the Flood are something out of the ordinary. At least that´s the vibes that i got from the Kickstarter video.

Speaking of which. The Flame in the Flood collected over $251,000 in total last week (November 7th). And that was over $100,000 above the original Kickstarter goal. And that makes me really happy, because The Molasses Flood got something really uniq and neat in the making with their game “The Flame in the Flood”.

And thanks to the 250K bucks, there will even be a “Raft customization” and “Endless” mode in the game.
