I don’t know if you guys and girls remember my post about scu:de’s anime-like strip battle RPG/visual novel “Re;Lord”? Well, I published that post back in April of this year, so that was quite a long time ago. That’s also why I got very surprised when I found out that there will be a “Re;Lord 2”. As a matter of fact, scu:de aims to make a trilogy for “Re;Lord”. In other words, there will be a “Re;Lord 3” in the future as well.

As excited as I am. Sure, that sounds really good, but where’s all the pictures? :S

So, where did I hear this wonderful news from then? Easy, from Denpasoft’s booth at Anime Expo 2018 in Los Angeles. I mean, not personally (as on site), but I heard the “Re;Lord 2” via Denpasoft. Anyways, here’s what’s known about “Re;Lord 2” so far:

“Re;Lord 2, the second title in the Re;Lord trilogy, is a strip battle SLG with strategy and battle gameplay. Our hero Wilfred and his companions return to battle with the witch Iris, in order to liberate all of Groessen.

Cologne, a land filled with grassy plains and home to the country’s fishing industry and the popular tourist spot, Bebra Lake, is under the control of the witch Iris who has turned the denizens of this peaceful land into crow familiars, spirits, and devilish fiends.

Featuring full Japanese voice acting, gorgeous artwork and slapstick comedy with fun characters and a detailed story. The Re;Lord series has great gameplay elements such as skills level-up, achievements, and various CGs and H-scenes that are affected by the battle results.” – Denpasoft

Sadly enough though, to my knowledge there are no pictures (besides those tiny ant pictures on Denpasoft’s homepage) nor any videos for “Re;Lord 2” (well, at least not yet). So I guess that we will have to wait a bit longer before we can see some actual in-game footage from the game. Other than that, I also noticed that Denpasoft announced the following new game titles as well at Anime Expo 2018:

I Walk Among Zombies Vol.0, 2 and 3 – Developer: Seacoxx

9 -nine– Episode 1 – Developer: Palette

Majo Koi Nikki – Developer: Qoobrand

Harumade Kururu – Developer: Sumikko Soft

Mischievous Sensation – Developer: Latte Coffee VN

That’s about it though, at least for now. So if I get my hands on any pictures and movies for “Re;Lord 2”, then I’ll update this post as soon as possible! And with that said, what’s your take on “Re;Lord 2”?
