Christopher Nolans (Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises) sci-fi masterpiece “Interstellar” became a huge hit over a night back in November last year (the movie has a 8.7/10 average score on imdb.com for example).

And it´s not that hard to understand why either. As the background story of “Interstellar” is a rather believable and relatable one.

Because let´s face it, sooner or later mankind will be forced to leave earth to search for a new home in space. As our planet is slowly dyeing, and the resources will run dry sooner or later.

Sure, it probably won´t happen during our lifetime. But i´m quite sure that our children´s children will be affected by this for sure.

And this is the main theme of “Interstellar” (starring famous actors such as Anne Hathaway, Matthew McConaughey and Wes Bentley). So that leaves the Interstellar team with humanity’s most important mission in our history.

To find a new home for mankind beyond our own galaxy. But will they be successful in the search for a new home? Or will they fail?
