I still think that “Pirates of Silicon Valley” (which was released back in 1999) is THE best movie about Steve Jobs (and Bill Gates for that matter) to this day. And not only did Noah Wyle look like Steve Jobs, he WAS Steve Jobs. And the whole movie was (and still are) really entertaining to watch. So i was really disappointed when i watched the movie “Jobs” (with Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs) back in 2013.

As the movie was full of inaccurate flaws (facts, statements and so on), even Steve Wozniak himself pointed that out as well. What about the movie itself then? Well, i have to say that the “Jobs” movie is rather boring and badly made. (the movie has 5.9/10 average grade on imdb.com)  Let´s just say that you won´t cry before you go to sleep at night if you miss out on it.  So i sure hope that the new Steve Jobs the movie (with Michael Fassbender as Steve Jobs and Seth Rogen as Steve Wozniak) will turn out better than the “Jobs” movie did.

But i belive in the movie’s director Danny Boyle (28 days later, Beach, Slumdog Millionaire). As Boyle has made some really awesome movies in the past. And Michael Fassbender fits really well in the role as Steve Jobs, i was really surprised to see Seth Rogen as Steve Wozniak though. As Rogen is mostly known for doing comedy acts and comedy characters.

But i love Seth Rogen for his previous roles. So i´m quite sure that he won´t let me (us) down this time either. So when will the Steve Jobs movie have it´s premier then? Well, in America the movie opens in Theaters on October 9th. In my case (I live in Sweden) i have to wait until the 22nd of January next year to watch the movie.
