Spain, August 28, 2026 – Malapata Studio has confirmed the launch of their next game, Book Nook, on Nintendo Switch, and compatible with Nintendo Switch 2, aside from PC. After they announced the game in the Wholesome Direct last June, now the team behind the acclaimed Camper Van: Make It Home will also make the owners of Nintendo’s hybrid console happy.

This announcement comes with a new trailer where we can see more of Book Nook, a satisfying game with puzzle elements that speaks about the experience of building with your own hands. Piece by piece, Book Nook invites you to build small corners full of life. Placing furniture, accessories and small details until everything comes together. Letting yourself get carried by the peace that comes with creating something, and discovering how each diorama takes you to a special memory. With a carefully crafted aesthetic and a paused experience, it incorporates puzzle elements that make the assembly process the heart of the game.

Book Nook will be available in 2026 for PC, Nintendo Switch, and compatible with Nintendo Switch 2. The game has a free demo available on Steam.
