This wholesome new update expands your frontier experience with heartwarming family interactions and charming Halloween-inspired events, all wrapped up with a wagon-load of quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes to make ranch life smoother than ever.

What’s New in the Family Life update

Build Your Frontier Family
You can now marry, start a family, and raise a child on your homestead. Spouses and children have their own unique routines and behaviours, from tending crops to fishing on lazy afternoons. Watch your loved ones lend a hand around the ranch, share meals, and make your farm feel more alive than ever.

Home Life & Family Activities
Chat with your spouse or child to get help around the farm:

“Pick Crops!” – They’ll harvest crops until evening.

“Help Me Out!” – They’ll gather up to 20 items a day from nearby equipment.

“Relax” – They’ll wander the farm, fish, or enjoy the day at their own pace.

Your family keeps the home fires burning, quite literally, making breakfast and dinner, lighting fireplaces, and adding a little extra warmth to your homestead.

More Comfort and Customisation updates

Sit Anywhere: Pull up a chair or relax on the couch wherever you like.

Starting Farm Layouts: Choose your dream plot from Islands, Hills, River, or Mountains.

Smarter Crafting & Cooking: Craft and cook directly from nearby chests for easier organisation.

Building Upgrades: Expand your coop, barn, and shed with fresh new looks and bigger capacities.
