Press release:
September 15, 2026 – Thailand-based indie game developer Bit Egg Inc., the studio behind the critically acclaimed hidden-object adventure Lost and Found Co., has become the first video game developer to receive Thailand’s prestigious Prime Minister’s Export Award.

Bit Egg received the Prime Minister’s Export Award for Best Service Enterprise: Digital Content and Software, recognizing the studio’s contribution to Thailand’s growing digital creative industry and its success in bringing Thai-developed work to audiences worldwide.

Established in 1992, the Prime Minister’s Export Award is considered the highest government award presented to Thai exporters. Overseen by Thailand’s Department of International Trade Promotion, the awards recognize businesses that have successfully developed international markets, achieved global recognition, and contributed to the country’s export economy.

For Bit Egg, the award comes during a landmark year for the studio and Lost and Found Co., which recently surpassed 100,000 copies sold and remains Thailand’s most wishlisted game on Steam.

“We never expected to be the first independent games studio in Thailand to receive an award like this, so it means a lot to the whole team. We’re incredibly proud to be making games here in Thailand and seeing Lost and Found Co. reach players all over the world. Getting to take the game to Tokyo right after this makes it feel even more special.” said Aekkathip Chaisiri, CEO.

Following its recent appearance at Gamescom in Cologne, Bit Egg is now preparing to bring Lost and Found Co. to Tokyo Game Show 2026, giving attendees another opportunity to get hands-on with the charming hidden-object adventure.

The Tokyo appearance comes at an especially exciting time for the game’s growing international audience. Lost and Found Co. was recently localised into Japanese and German, with Korean and French soon to come, making the game accessible to even more players around the world. The team is also preparing a new fall content update, bringing even more content to the game later this month.

Lost and Found Co. launched on Steam earlier this year to an overwhelmingly positive reception from players. The hand-drawn hidden-object adventure invites players to join Ducky, Mei, and a colourful cast of characters on a journey filled with bustling scenes, strange requests, and hundreds of things waiting to be found.

Find Lost and Found Co. at Tokyo Game Show 2026:

Dates: September 17-21, 2026
