Press release:
Montpellier, France, September 16, 2026 – Resonance Interactive today announced that BloomKeeper, its real-time tactical adventure is available on Steam. To celebrate the release, the studio has also unveiled a brand-new Launch Trailer, giving players a new look at the tactical challenges, environmental transformation, and growing dangers that await across the island of Hedera.

In BloomKeeper, players become the Guardian, responsible for leading a colony of small, curious creatures called Pouics through a world devastated by fire and corruption. Wherever the colony travels, nature begins to return, transforming scorched ground into living landscapes. Keeping that progress alive, however, requires careful planning, quick reactions, and constant attention to the Pouics under your protection.

Combining exploration, colony guidance, environmental restoration, and real-time tactical decision-making, BloomKeeper challenges players to balance forward momentum with the need to secure the ground they have already reclaimed. The game can be played solo or cooperatively with up to four players.

ABOUT THE GAME

Restore Hedera, One Region at a Time
Hedera has been consumed by ashes, leaving the Pouics with an immense task ahead of them. Guided by the player, the colony brings color and vegetation back to the island as it travels deeper into each region.

But restoration comes with challenge. Scorched zones continue to spread throughout each region, becoming increasingly dangerous as players approach the source of the corruption. Moving quickly can create opportunities, but pushing too far without protecting the land behind you can allow the ashes to take hold once again. Each journey therefore becomes a constant balance between progress, protection, and control.

Protect a Colony That Depends on You
Pouics are central to everything players do in BloomKeeper. Gathering more of them can open new paths and help the colony move through the world more efficiently, but larger groups also become increasingly difficult to manage.

Natural hazards, cliffs, lakes, environmental obstacles, and forces capable of scattering the colony all influence how players navigate Hedera. Reading the terrain and reacting at the right moment can mean the difference between keeping the group together and watching a carefully planned route unravel.

The environment itself can also become part of the solution. Choosing the right path and making smart use of the terrain can help contain the spread of corruption and preserve areas that have already been restored.

When Pouics Fall, the World Pushes Back
Losing a Pouic can have consequences beyond the colony itself. Pouics claimed by corruption can become Malpouics, hostile creatures that accelerate the spread of scorched zones and make an already difficult situation increasingly dangerous. A mistake can therefore change the state of the level, forcing players to adapt their approach as the threat grows.

Protecting the colony, preserving restored territory, and containing corruption are all interconnected parts of BloomKeeper’s tactical challenge.

Play Alone or Restore the World Together
BloomKeeper offers two distinct ways to explore Hedera. In solo play, players can approach each region at their own pace, carefully managing the colony and responding to the changing environment.

In co-op for up to four players, communication and coordination become part of the challenge. Players must keep track of one another, work together to manage the Pouics, and react collectively when the journey takes an unexpected turn.

A World That Responds to How You Play
The spread of corruption evolves according to player progress, meaning the same region can create different priorities from one run to another.

Route choices, the size and safety of the colony, the areas players choose to secure, and the way they manage regrowth all influence how a journey across Hedera develops. BloomKeeper brings these systems together with the visual satisfaction of seeing a devastated landscape gradually return to life.
