The Wakefield-based (England) indie games publisher and developer Tean 17 and Leipzig-based (Germany) indie games developer FusionPlay, are today very happy and excited to announce that their pixel adventure/RPG “Nice Day For Fishing“, is coming to PC (via Steam) and consoles (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch) on April 29th (2025).

This was announced as part of the Find Your Next Game Showcase featured at CAGGTUS,

Keen anglers will be able to reel in the epic pixel adventure RPG for £19.99 / US$19.99 / €19.99 on Steam and consoles with a pre-order on the horizon.

While Nice Day for Fishing is at CAGGTUS from April 11-13th, attendees will be able to play the newest version of the demo and join various insightful panel talks featuring Konrad Kunze, CEO of FusionPlay.

Following a disastrous incident leaving the town of Honeywood in ruins and the Adventurers missing, the humble NPC fisherman, Baelin must set out on an adventure and save the town the only way he knows how: By fishing! Utilise a combination of devastating attacks, powerful spells and precision blocks to reel in your catch, help the NPCs by fulfilling quests, rebuild the town and save the world.
