"V Rising" is dropping it's new update on April 28th

The Skövde-based (Sweden) indie games developer Stunlock Studios are today very proud and excited to announce that they are going to release the “Invaders Of Oakvei” update for their open-world vampire ARPG “V Rising”, on April 28th (2025) for PC (via Steam) and the PS5 (via PSN).

With over 5 million copies sold, V Rising continues to captivate players with its immersive open-world vampire survival experience.

This major update transports players to the mysterious Oakveil Woodlands, a once-idyllic forest now corrupted by dark magic. Footfalls trample its northern shore as the Venom Blades, fanatical servants of the Serpent Queen Megara, invade the wilds. Players will now face powerful new enemies and bosses, uncover the secrets of venom sap, and challenge the Queen in her twisted sanctum. The trailer offers a glimpse into this thrilling new biome and the arcane dangers that await.

In addition to the free Update 1.1 content, a brand-new cosmetic DLC, Eternal Dominance Pack, will be available for €19.99 / $19.99, allowing players to personalize their vampire’s dark dominion further.
