MONTPELLIER, France – June 23rd, 2026. Independent French studio LifeLine Games and French publisher Dear Villagers, have announced that cinematic platforming indie game Deer & Boy is available now on PC Steam (Steam Deck Verified), Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series for £17,99, 19,99€, $19,99, with a 10% launch discount during the first week of its release.

First revealed during the 2024 Summer Games Fest, Deer & Boy is a touching story about a boy fleeing from his home. Upon getting lost, he stumbles on a frightened fawn, and they both quickly realize how much they need each other to face the struggles of their lives and how their unexpected, yet poetic friendship will take them further than they ever hoped.
A demo is available on Steam for players who wish to discover the early chapters of this emotional tale for free.
