The Oulu-based (Finland) indie games publisher and developer VRKiwi today announced with great happiness and excitement, that they have just released the full version of their Western-themed VR game “Cave Digger 2: Dig Harder” for the Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo Eshop.

The game is already available on Steam and Xbox, and on Steam VR, Meta Quest, and PS VR under the name Cave Digger 2 Dig Harder

Cave Digger 2 is a 1-4 player action game where you start with a pickaxe, excavate bedrock, and trade valuable finds for new gear. Explore mines, caves, and ancient ruins in wildland valleys inspired by Western, Dieselpunk, and Lovecraftian themes, uncovering the mysteries of a great explorer.

Begin with minimal tools and work your way up, upgrading equipment and delving deeper into the caves. The game offers multiple story endings, revealing tales of greed and eldritch power, and features co-op multiplayer for up to 4 players to share the adventure and rewards.

For the first time, the same game offers multiplayer co-op cross-platform play on all VR and flat platforms, including PC, Mac, PlayStation, Xbox, Meta, and Nintendo Switch.
