FREE PRISON MAP EDITOR ADDED TO THE ESCAPISTS 2 ON PC Build Your Personalised Prisons Now!

5th December 2017, UK – Award-winning international games label Team17 has today launched a free update for its sandbox escape hit The Escapists 2 on PC. The new update adds in a much-requested fan feature, a Prison Map Editor. The addition of the new Prison Editor allows players to design and create their own custom prisons to play. The editor is intuitive to use, enabling players to drag and drop elements and rooms into their prison, which can be built over two floors, two vent layers and a roof. Construct cells, forge floors and manufacture maintenance rooms and more, the freedom is yours…. for now!

Finished prisons can then be shared through Steam Workshop and can be played either solo or in both local and online multiplayer! The map editor update is now available as a free update through Steam for The Escapists 2.
