ABOUT THE GAME

In Relief, players take on the role of the awakened heir of the Green Bull Demon, fighting through a strange myth-infused world while shaping powerful roguelike runs with cards, artifacts, and high-impact upgrades.
Players can choose from five spirit companions, each bringing their own cards and combat identity. Their playstyles range from status manipulation and spirit summoning to stance-switching, fusion-based mechanics, and elemental chain reactions, giving each run a distinct rhythm without losing the game’s core deckbuilding focus.

Roc’s Aid choices appear midway through each of the first three acts, offering powerful run-defining decisions that can dramatically reshape the strategy. With 24 Aid Powers in total, these choices can push players toward safer upgrades or bold, high-risk effects capable of turning an already strong deck into something absurdly powerful.

Another layer of customization comes through Blessings, which let players empower individual cards with powerful enchants earned via the game’s shrine system. With 14 Blessings in total, these effects can alter how cards are played, reduce costs, trigger extra value, or open up entirely new build paths.
