Press release:
The Shanghai-based indie games publisher Gamera Game and indie games developer Alloy Mushroom, are today very happy and thrilled to announce that their old-school 2D action platformer “Super Alloy Ranger“, is now available for PC via Steam.
The game has received a special 10% launch discount until September 21. After that, it will cost $8.99 / 8.19€.
In this space fantasy adventure, players will become interstellar rangers that end up trapped on a deserted planet conquered by the Machine Empire. Far from escaping, they will have to venture into this dangerous place to find out what’s causing this mechanical army to self-evolve and stop the culprit behind so much chaos.
Super Alloy Ranger consists of several challenging levels that players must overcome by mastering actions like running, jumping, dashing, dodging, and climbing. In addition, you will face tons of dangerous enemies trying to mincemeat out of you. Both characters available, Ranger Kelly and Combat Robot nº 2, have their own combat skills, and they can be leveled up with Attribute chips. The stronger you become, the easier it will be to face common enemies — and, of course, the terrific bosses you’ll find level after level!
