The Warsaw-based (Poland) indie games publisher and developer RedDeerGames and indie games developer Josyan (the maker of “Zeroptian Invasion”, “Tamiku”, “Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX”, “Souls’ Keeper”, with many more!), today announced with great thrill and delight that their retro dungeon crawler/adventure/RPG “UnderDungeon“, is coming to PC (via Steam) and the Nintendo Switch (via the Nintendo Eshop) on January 13th, 2023.

A whole bunch of monsters to defeat, and secrets to discover. But along the way, you will meet allies and engage in a great adventure!

THERE’S A LOT TO DISCOVER AHEAD
UnderDungeon it’s an astonishing and clever mix of classic RPG games with mechanics and levels from other genres. You’ll traverse the dungeons, fight enemies, acquire new, powerful items and solve puzzles.

THE OLD AND THE NEW
The game is made by Josyan Team, previously involved in working on games like Tamiku, Zerotopian Invasion or Alex Kidd in MW remake. UD is a project that pays tribute to the classics of games of its genre, like Legend of Zelda, Gauntlet or Dragon Quest.

AUDIOVISUAL RETRO FEAST
The game grabs your attention with simple yet polished 1-bit visuals. The developers have made the graphics clear and full of small details. The whole is complemented by a refined sound design with rhythmic, catchy music and luscious sound effects.

name is José Sanz, 22 years old solo developer. Games have been his hobby for as long as he can remember.

He inherited the passion for games from his dad, who gave him his console Master System 2, with a huge number of game classics such as Sonic, Alex Kidd, Wonder Boy, and many more.

Until now he published games like: Zeroptian Invasion or Tamiku, and he’s working on the remake of the famous Alex Kidd in Miracle World.
