For the last couple of days I have spent quite a few hours playing Super Hippo’s and 3x Entertainment’s sexy dating/puzzle game “Booty Calls”. Well, right off the bat, the game is like a mix of “Leisure Suit Larry”, “Bejeweled” and a very lewd visual novel-like world.

As crazy as it might sound, this is actually how “Booty Calls” kicks-off, and it’s also the game’s actual plot.

That’s just the half of it though, because the game’s plot and characters sure are something out of the ordinary. You see, “Booty Calls” starts off by you (the player) finding a naked mermaid princess on the beach (Andriella), and once she starts to speak to you, she soon informs you that she needs you to get laid with every single girl in the whole city.

There are plenty of different girls that you could get down and dirty with in “Booty Calls”. However, it takes quite a lot of time and money to get anywhere with anyone of them.

Why? Because Andriella (the mermaid princess) needs their sexy time juices (actually, she doesn’t need them, but she’s going to give them to some witch), and that’s how “Booty Calls” kicks-off. In other words, it’s your job to charm the ladies of “Booty Calls” in-order to get inside their pants.

This is what the world of “Booty Calls” looks like, or to be exact, what the world map looks like.

As awesome as that might sound though, that is easier said then done, because you have to go through a lot of dialogs before you even get a chance to flirt and charm the girls into having sex with you. Furthermore, you will also have to win a lot of Bejeweled-like puzzle games before you even get anywhere near the ladies underwear.

In “Booty Calls” puzzle games there are a couple of different spheres that you have to match with each other based on their color in-order for them to go up in smoke, that will then give you a handful of points that you need to either win the heart of the girl who you are dating, or get her to orgasm like crazy.

It’s also worth pointing out that you really need to figure out what each girl is all about before you’re going to have a chance in hell in getting anywhere with the said girl. You see, each girl has her own unique personality, desires, dreams, wants and needs (just like in the real world).

You can buy items that will help you improve your chances of winning the puzzle games with the girls of “Booty Calls”.

So in the case with “Booty Calls”, that means that you will have to sit through a lot of dialogs with each girl in-order to figure out how you’re going to be able to get some bed time action with every girl. That is easier said than though, as you have to spend a lot of money and time to get anywhere at all on the sexy time front…

When you manage to win a puzzle game with a girl in ” Booty Calls”, then that’s when you get closer to some sexy time moments.

And just to make matters worse, you get a handful of different dialog options with every girl whom you talk to, but only one option is the right one…So each time that you pick the wrong option; you slip further and further away from getting a chance to dive into the said girl’s underwear.

So you more or less have to start over and over again until you have memorized the correct answers to get anywhere in “Booty Calls”. Other than that, I also experienced some crash bugs while playing the game, and I couldn’t help to notice that you have to spend quite a lot of in-game money and crystals to advance in “Booty Calls”.

So if you don’t have a lot of crystals and money, then you will have to spend even more time and effort on the girls before you get some action with them. All in all though, “Booty Calls” is still a pretty decent lewd dating sim/puzzle game. The game might just not be everyone’s cup of tea (especially not if you don’t have a lot of patience).

Pros:
+ There are a lot of hot and willing chicks to get laid with
+ Some dialogs are pretty fun and entertaining
+ The plot is rather mind-blowing considering how it all unfolds
+ You got tons of stuff and items to unlock and collect (most of it is of lewd nature)
+ The soundtrack is very porno-like, but there’s too little of it throughout the game

Cons:
– It takes a rather long time before you get to experience some sexy time moments
– There are way too many dialogs in contrast to the lewd content
– Crash bugs
– Some dialogs shows up over and over again
– Some more music would have been nice
– The game’s graphics is a mix of awesomeness to pure mediocreness
– You have to spend a lot of money in-order to get anywhere in the game

On paper, Booty Calls have all the ingredients needed to become a great dating sim/puzzle sex game. However, the game falls short mainly due to a mix of repetivness (the game becomes boring after a while, especially since you have to keep track on every single little thing there is to know about each girl), bugs, tons of dialogs and the fact that you have to spend a whole load of cash before you get to see any action.

However, since the puzzle elements, lewd content and dialogs are on point for most part, Booty Calls is still worthy of a try at least.
