I’m going to admit right away that I don’t usually play a lot of online games, nor am I a huge fan of F2P titles, (with very few exceptions) as most F2P titles tend to have microtransactions and a pay-to-win kind of approach. Nevertheless, I couldn’t help myself from becoming rather curious about Maiden Gaming Inc’s Lewd F2P online battle arena RTS game “League of Maidens” (the game is in development for Windows and MAC), and why is that? (so you might wonder) Because the game made me think about a mix of Playboy (I love lewd content and hot babes), Asian fantasy MMO’s and Western Super-hero games (you do play as beautiful maidens with superhuman powers after all).
Well, I think you get the idea. So what is “League of Maidens” all about then? And how did the game came to be? As for the first part, here’s the actual description for “League of Maidens”:
“League of Maidens® is a 3D free-to-play online battle arena real-time strategy game for PC/Mac featuring beautiful maidens with superhuman powers. Players battle each other in teams of 5 to destroy towers guarding the enemy base. The match is won when all towers are destroyed including the main tower located in the enemy base.
The game features FPS style shooting and projectile attacks, 3rd person melee fighting with combo ability and combo counters, building and environment destruction, dynamic day/night cycles and weather, human flight at the speed of sound, swimming, car/truck driving, lifting and flying with cars/trucks, grabbing enemies while flying at high-speed and smashing them into the ground or buildings, indoor and outdoor combat, in-depth character customization, building and recruiting military assets (soldiers, tanks, turrets, war ships and jets) and much more.” – Maiden Gaming Inc.
As for the “how did League of Maidens came to be?” part, here’s what Maiden Gaming Inc had to say about the matter:
“2 developers, 2 countries, 1 dream… League of Maidens® was created by two developers that have never met face to face. We are from two different countries, speaking two different native languages with our relationship starting on day one of this project. A love for gaming has brought us together and a passion for this project has led us to create what we believe to be something very special.”
So, what about features then? Well, these are the said features that “League of Maidens” got to offer for now:
Features:
– FPS style shooting and projectile attacks
– 3rd person melee fighting with combo ability and combo counters
– Human flight at the speed of sound
– Swimming and car/truck driving
– Lifting and flying with cars/trucks
– Grabbing enemies while flying at high-speed and smashing them into the ground or buildings
– Two different character versions that can be customized and swapped during live gameplay.
– Indoor and outdoor combat
– Real time strategic battle choices
– Building and environment destruction
– In-depth character customization
– Dynamic day/night cycles and weather
– Building and recruiting military assets (soldiers, tanks, turrets, war ships and jets) and much more.
In other words, there is quite a lot of stuff that you could do in the game (there are even mini games to be found in “League of Maidens” as well). Furthermore, those who love lewd content are going to love “League of Maidens” for sure (check out the “Breast Jiggle Physics” and “League of Maidens Dance Emotes & Desert Stage” video for some in-game lewd examples in-action). So if you like the sound of that, then you might want to sign up for the public beta of the game (if that’s the case, then it might also be a good idea to read through the game’s “FAQ” and “How to play” section as well), and from what I can tell. “League of Maidens” is currently in phase 1 of Maiden Gaming Inc’s private alpha, and after phase 2, there will be a public beta of the game.
However, to my knowledge there is no release date for the public beta just yet. So that means that you would have to register and request an alpha access to “League of Maidens”. Nevertheless, I’m having thoughts about making a request for the public beta myself (I might even get access to the private alpha?), because I really like what I’ve seen from the game so far =) And for those who wonder, the current videos and trailers of “League of Maidens”consists of 100% in-game footage. So there are no CGI jedi mind tricks to be found Maiden Gaming Inc’s videos (what you see is what you get). Furthermore, I also like Maiden Gaming’s take on F2P (I’m okay with this kind of F2P):
“At Maiden Gaming we pride ourselves in making truly Free-to-Play games that will never charge for anything required to be competitive in the game. Any items available for purchase are purely for cosmetic purposes like outfits, war maiden skins, asset skins etc. Nothing that you can purchase will enhance your character or give you an advantage over a player that hasn’t spent any money on the game.” – Maiden Gaming Inc.
So far, so good indeed, and luckily enough for me (and you), you don’t have to own a really expensive Gaming computer in-order to play “League of Maidens”. You see, these are the said minimum and recommended requirements for the game (even I can play the game on my current Gaming PC, and it’s almost three years old!):

I would also like to point out that Maiden Gaming has created some really awesome and sexy art work and comics for “League of Maidens”. So if you like lewd art and sexy Super-hero comics, then don’t miss out on them 😉 Other than that, Maiden Gaming released the LoM v1.1.9a patch just recently (on the 9th of September, to be exact), and by the looks of it, there have been a lot of fixes and updates done to “League of Maidens” =) (I bet that even more awesome stuff will follow in the near future).
And on a closing note, I have noticed that “some” people like to point fingers are straight males who like to enjoy games like “League of Maidens”. Here’s a little news flash for you, females (straight, bi as lesbian) love games like this as well (everyone loves the female body, even cats!). So please stop these nonsense SJW blame games thanks. Simply put, let Gamers enjoy what they want to enjoy.
And with that said, what’s your take on “League of Maidens”? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
